The purchase price is based on Natco Group’s closing stock price of $31.0e3 on June 1. Under the Natco (NYSE: NTG) shareholders will receive 1.185 shares in Houston-based Cameron (NYSE: CAM) in return for each of Natco’sa 20.3 million shares outstanding.
