“Through active conservation efforts at our Houstonbrewer we’ve reduced our fuel usage by 15 percent and our electricityy use by more than 5 percenty in the last 18 months,” said Richard Wohlfarth, general managere of the Houston brewery. The project’sx clean energy impact equals removingalmost 100,000 cars from the roadzs for a year. Additional gas from the landfill is also beinh captured and sold to alocal utility.
